Products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

In order to receive a refund, simply email service@hyaloaibeauty.com to receive a mailing label. Once return is approved, attach the label to the outside label of your return package to mail the item(s) back to us in the original package. Please note that all refunds will be credited to the original form of tender and refund time varies by financial institutions.
